Peel 3 med bananas and cut into 1 in pieces. Place banan slices on a wax-paper lined rimmed baking sheet. Cover and freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs until completely frozen. Process frozen bananas, 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp bittersweet chocolate pieces in a food processor until nearly smoth (it will still have small bits of hard chocolate) Garnish with mint leaves.
