     Shell Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/4 lb pepperoni (I have deli slice on 3 setting and cut once I get home)
1/4 lb Italian or hard salami (I have deli slice on 3 setting and cut once I get home)
1/4 lb mozzerella, diced (I have deli slice 2 pieces on 8 setting and chop when I get home)
1/4 lb provolone, diced (I have deli slice 2 pieces on 8 setting and I chp when I get home)
2 bags of medium shells
3 small tomatoes, chopped
2 medium bell peppers, chopped
1 lg can black olives
1 lg 15oz jar green olives
 
Mix in a jar or sealed container
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1tbsp oregano
1 1/3 cup safflower oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions
Prepare pasta shells as directed on bags; set aside.
Slice and chop deli meats and cheeses, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
In a large bowl mix pasta shells, deli meats and cheeses,tomatoes, bell peppers and both olives.
Mix dressing ingredients in a jar or sealed container. Add to pasta and chill.
