Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixer bowl, on low speed combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine or butter and 2 t pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 15x10 jelly roll pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in the Eagle Brand Milk, then the 2 remaining eggs, remaining 2 t of spice and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill, cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
