Brown the meat and onions in skillet. Drain
Combine all the other ingredients. Cover and cook until heated or can stick in crock pot. I used tomatoes with peppers instead of the Mexican style tomatoes. You can also use more ground beef. Makes a large pot.
Serve with corn or tortillas chips, Sour cream, Shredded Mexican cheese
