     Oven-Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2/3 cup Original Bisquick Mix
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt or garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning, if desired
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cut-up whole chicken (3-3 1/2 lb)
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish in oven.
Stir together Bisquick mix, paprika, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin side down into heated dish.
Bake 35 min. Turn chicken; bake about 15 min longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest piece is cut to bone.
