Prepare brownies according to package directions, stir in peanut butter chips. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 20-25 mins. Cut into bitesize pieces

Cut peanut butter cups in half, set 1/3 aside for garnish.

|
Whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 mins. Let stand for 2 mins or until soft set. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 cartons of cool whip.

|
Layer 1/3 of the brownies, peanut butter cups and pudding mixture. Repeat for a total of 3 layers. Top with remaining cool whip and peanut butter cups.
