(WOOD) Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
-
1 - 9 1/4 inch pie crust - bake 10 minutes at 450
-
1 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
-
1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
-
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozarella cheese
-
2 TB flour
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
1 1/3 cups milk or half and half
-
1/4 cup diced onion
-
1/8 tsp pepper
 
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/8 tsp dried thyme
-
1/8 tsp dried rosemary
-
1/8 tsp tabasco type hot sauce

Instructions
Drain spinach, pressing beteen paper towels until barely moist. Set aside.
Combine cheeses and flour. Toss well. Set aside.
Combine eggs and remaining 7 ingredients. Stir spinach and cheese into eggs. Mix well.
Add to pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
