     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can medium enchilada sauce
1 can water
15 corn tortillas, torn in fourths
1 can black olives, drained
 
3-4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
While this is cooking, mix together soups, enchilada sauce and water. Microwave for 3 minutes.
In a large, greased baking dish layer twice in the following order- soup mixture, tortillas, meat, cheese, olives, soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
