Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 Tbs crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp feshly ground pepper
1 Tbs parsley flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
mix with hand mixer
shape into balls
place onto a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 min. turn once
