Egg-Cheese Souffle

Egg-Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
-
8 eggs
-
2 cups milk
-
3 cups bread crumbs
-
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
-
1 lb. sausage
-
salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Butter 9x12 dish. Spread bread crumbs in bottom
Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Brown sausage and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Good for company breakfast, make the night before and put in oven in the morning.
