Crust - Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar. Add Crisco and mix. Like pie crust to pea size. Add milk. Save some crust for strips - pat rest in pan.

Rhubarb Mix - Take 4 Cups of cut Rhubarb and pour boiling water over and let stand 2 minutes. Drain. Beat 1 egg with 1 1/2 Cup Sugar and 2 Tbsp. Flour. Mix with drained Rhubarb.

Add Rhubarb Mix to the pan. Before baking make strips from reserved crust. Lattice on top. Bake 3/4 Hour at 350 Degrees.

When done baking, Ice strips with.. Take 1 Cup Powdered sugar and add a couple drops of Vanilla. Then slowly add boiling water a few drops at a time until it is spreadable. (Should be a little runny) Ice while hot. Refrigerate left overs.
