Crush Oreos and add 1/2 c. melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan. Freeze until firm.
Spread softened ice cream over the top of the chilled Oreo crust.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter, chocolate chips, powdered sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Allow to cool, then pour over top of frozen ice cream.
Sprinkle the peanuts over the hot fudge and freeze until firm, overnight if possible.

Suggestions
Depends on how big you cut them, but approximately 24 servings. You can add a little whipped cream when serving, but not necessary.
