Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, 1/2 teaspoon orange peel, rosemary, and pepper.
Add ground lamb, mix well.
Pat meat mixture into an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Meanwhile for glaze combine honey, orange juice, and the remaining orange peel. Brush half of the glaze over meat loaf.
Bake 10 minutes.
Brush loaf with the remaining glaze.
Bake about 10 minutes more until done.
