Mix into large Ziploc bag. Leave set on counter top.
Day 1- Do Nothing
Day 2,3,4,5- Mash bag twice a day

Day 6- add 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of sugar
Day 7,8,9- Mash and let air out of bag twice a day.

Day 10- Pour contents into a large pottery or glass bowl (no metal). Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk and mix together. Measure out 4- 1 cup starters into large Ziploc bags. Give these to your friends along with a copy of these instructions. The next day is day 1 for them.
Add to remainder in the bowl-
1 cup of oil,
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt-Mix well
Add- 2 cups flour
5.1 oz. box of instant french vanilla pudding

Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray and coat the bottom of the pan with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Pour batter into pans and top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min-1hour or until toothpick comes out clean. These freeze very well.
