     Jane McBride's Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 8oz. jar Dijon mustard
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 cups canola oil
1 tb. salt
3 tsp. pepper
2 pkg Fresh basil
 

Instructions
Use food processor. Blend mustard, vinegar,salt and pepper. Slowly add oil till all added. then add basil. Can half recipe, also cut down mustard a little.
