Preparing starter- Put initial starter in refrigerator for 3 to 5
days. Remove starter from refrigerator and set aside on cabinet.
Prepare starter mix (above) into separate bowl. Add it to the
starter and let stand at room temperature all day, it should
bubble. At end of day, take out one cup to make bread. Return
remaining starter to refrigerator and feed again every 3 to 5
days.
