1 lbs. broccoli florets
1 lbs, boneless chicken tenders
2 tbs. olive oil
4 cups napa cabbage
1 orange bell pepper
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2tsp. cornstarch
1tbs. each minced ginger,garllic and orange zest.

In large saucepot over high heat, cool broccoli in boiling water 3 min, drain. In skillet over high heat, cool chicken tenders in olive oil for 4 min.
Add cabbage and bell pepper,seeded and thinly sliced. Cover. cook 4 min more. In bowl combine soy suce cornstrach, garlic, ginger, and orange zest.rch
Stir soy sauce mixture and broccoli into chicken mixture. cook one more min.
