Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheets with
parchment paper.
Mix first 4 ingredients, 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
and salt in bowl until fluffy. Beat in flour.
Shape dough into small balls and roll in powdered
sugar to coat. Place on sheet and flatten. Top with
more powdered sugar. Bake cookies for 15 minutes.
Glaze- stir 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp peppermint
extract and heavy whipping cream til smooth.
Transfer cookies to rack and spread glaze over warm
cookies. Let cool.
