     Cheese and Spinach Pasta Rolls

Tomato Sauce
18 uncooked dried lasagna noodles
15oz ricotta cheese
10oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium green onion, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup freshly grated or shredded imported Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

While sauce is simmering, cook noodles as directed on the package.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
Mix remaining ingredients. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture down center of noodle. Roll up gently, starting with narrow edge. Place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles and cheese mixture. Spoon sauce evenly over noodles.
Cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until sauce is thickened and bubbly and noodles are hot.
