     Jewish Coffee Cake

1 box cake mix (yellow)
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar (white)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup nuts

BEAT eggs, oil and water in bowl.
ADD Vanilla (optional)
ADD cake mix from box and vanilla pudding. This can be mixed together with a fork. Batter will be slightly lump.
POUR batter in 9 x 12 in pan. MIX together topping and sprinkle all over batter. WORK in with a spatula. BAKE at 350 for 45 minues. VARIATION Use diferent kind of cake mix and flavor of pudding. Chocolate cakemix and Butter Pecan make a really great cake.
Serving Suggestions
8 x 8 inch pan cut in half. Use Jiffy Cake mix.
