     Mexican Pizza

1 pkg Azteca Bake & Fill Salad Shells
1 small can refried beans
2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup taco sauce (or salsa)
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
sour cream, if desired

Preheat oven to 350. Bake shells flat on large ungreased baking sheets for 3-4 minutes. cool
Reset oven to 400. Spread 2 shells with 1/2 the refried beans. Top beans with 1/4 cup cheese each. Place another baked shell on top the cheese. Spread with remaining refried beans and cheese.
Place pizzas on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 7-9 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Top with taco sauce, shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve, cut in wedges and top with sour cream.
