Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Put white sugar, 1/4 cinnamon and biscuits in plastic bag. Shake well. Oil a tube pan and place biscuits in around tube pan. On top of stove, melt; butter, brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour slowly over biscuits.
Bake for 1 minutes at 350°. Cool for 10 minutes and turn onto a plate.
To eat- just pull the pieces out with fingers.
