     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups sweet potato
1 cup sugar
1/4 stick butter melted
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
 
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine soft
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Mash potatoes and blend all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish.
Blend topping- brown sugar and flour with soft butter. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 25-30 minutes.
