     French Bread

Preptime   1 hour

1 1/8 cup water
1 tbs honey
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast or 1 pkg

Mix ingredients in order. Put in dough cycle or let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove from machine; knead and shape into loaf. Place on baking stone or in pan and let rise for 40 minutes.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
