     Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients
1/4 C Butter or Margarine
1/16 t Salt
1/2 Pound Sifted Confectioners Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 T Milk (about)
 

Instructions
Cream butter until soft. Add salt and part of sugar gradually, blending after each addition. Then and the egg yolk add vanilla, blend well. Add remaining sugar, alternately with milk until it is he right consistency to spread beating after each additon until smooth.
