Artichoke Hearts Dip

Ingredients
-
8.5 oz can artichoke bottoms
-
1/2 c. helman's mayo
-
1 c. parmesan cheese
-
1/2 lemon- juice
-
cayenne pepper
 

Instructions
Drain rinse and mash artichoke
mix all ingredients and put into small buttered baking dish
Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.
Makes 1.5 small casseroles when DOUBLED.
