     Jodi's Matzo Roca

4 whole matzo
1 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
toasted, chopped nuts (I prefer almonds - pecans or walnuts or a combo works too)
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

1. Cover 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil and spray with PAM. 2. Place matzo on foil. 3. Combine butter and sugar over medium low heat and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Pour butter sugar mixture neatly over matzo and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and spread immediately with a bag of chocolate chips. When the chips have softened, spread evenly with a knife. Sprinkle with sliced or chopped nuts. 6. Freeze for one hour. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
