1. Cover 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil and spray with PAM.
2. Place matzo on foil.
3. Combine butter and sugar over medium low heat and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour butter sugar mixture neatly over matzo and bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and spread immediately with a bag of chocolate chips. When the chips have softened, spread evenly with a knife. Sprinkle with sliced or chopped nuts.
6. Freeze for one hour. Break into pieces.
