     Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 cups cider vinegar
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 tbsp tabasco pepper sauce
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
just used regular and left out 1 tsp salt above
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 325 degree. Cook whatever meat or chicken your wish, making sure it is done.
Meanwhile- Prepare sauce. Combine sugar, mustard, pepper, salt(if used), vinegar, lemon juice, and tobasco in a small heavy pan. Drop in butter and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat but keep warm.
When meat is tender, increase ove heat to 400 degree. Drain meat, arrange one layer deep on baking sheet, pour on barbecue sauce and marinate 2 hours. Put ribs (or meat) on second baking sheet, again in one layer. Brush with sauce and bake uncovered 10 minutes per side.
Top with remaining sauce and serve.
