Using 3 inch Halloween shaped cookie cutters, cut out shapes from tortillas. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking sapray. Spritz cutouts with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
Warm up pizza sauce.
Top each tortilla with a little pizza sauce and using toppings to decorate. Bake in oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
