Take puff pastry sheets and generously brush
softened butter on it. Roll it like a swiss roll,
wrap in saran and refrigerate 1 hour. In a pan add
the milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and heat on low
until the sugar melts. In a bowl mix the egg and
egg yolks. Whisk continuously eggs while pouring
in milk mixture. Cool this completely in the
fridge.
