Ingredients
ground beef (600 g) - A
onion (large size) - A
1 egg - A
bread crumb (1/4 cup) - A
milk (1/4 cup) - A
salad oil (1 TBS) - A
red wine (50 cc) - B
ketchup (2 TBS) - B
tonkatsu sause (2 TBS) -B
 

Instructions
Mix A in a bowl until sticky. Then make 8 patties.
Brown both sides.
Bring B to boil.
Serve w/ hamburg sauce.
