     Pig Pickin Cake

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Frosting
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
 
Instructions
Bake in 9x13-inch pan for 30-40 minutes.
Frosting- Mix all and spread over cooled cake. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
