     Cream-Style Corn Bread

2 tbsp. bacon grease
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1 (17-ounce) can cream style corn
1 cup self-rising cornmeal

Heat bacon grease in an iron skillet until hot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Place in oven and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
