Ingredients
2 eggs
16 oz can pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
12 oz evaporated milk
Pie crust
 
Instructions
Mix filling. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
