     Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup defatted chicken broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried savory
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
 

Instructions
In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the broth, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, savory, thyme, and pepper. Cover and shake until well-combined. Refrigerate until serving time, or up to one week. Shake well before serving.
Yield- 1 cup 9calories, 0.1g fat.
