1 (4 oz) can whole green chilies, rinsed and finely
chopped
2/3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of liquid hot sauce
2 or 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced.
1 medium onion,chopped
Instructions
Peel and pit the avocados; mash them with a fork while blending in lemon juice. Stir remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 cups
Guacamole freezes well, but leave out the tomatoes.
To serve- Thaw; drain off excess moisture and stir in the chopped tomatoes. Chopped pimentos may be used in place of tomatoes. If you like a touch of heat, use cayenne pepper.
