     Mom's Tuna Casserole

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   15 min.

Ingredients
1 can of tuna
1 cup of cream of chicken soup
3 cups of cooked macaroni
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of chopped green chiles
1/2 bag of potato chips

Instructions
One of my mom's best dishes is tuna casserole. She took a popular midwestern dish and added some extra ingredients to make it special. We would always eat it at reunions and other family occasions. I always loved it because of its flavor and my mom always loved it because its relatively easy to make. This recipe has been passed down by my mother's family and has even been adopted by other family members and friends. Even today, whenever my mom makes her casserole, I feel like a little kid again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the tuna, macaroni, and soup in a large baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake dish at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until it appears to bubble. Afterward, sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top of the dish.
