3 c boiling salted water
|
|
1 1/2 c corn meal mixed with 1 c cold water
|
|
pour this into the hot water, turn off heat as it thickens
|
|
In a large skillet saute 1 chopped onion in a little vegetable oil
|
|
Brown 1 lb ground beef with the onion.
|
|
Add- 1 can chili, (no beans) or a block of chili
|
|
1 large can diced tomatoes
|
|
1 can cream style corn
|
|
|
|
Bring to a boil and mix with mush
|
|
Add salt and chili powder to taste
|
|
Add 1-2 cans pitted black olives
|
|
Top with grated cheese and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
