     (OZ) WELSH RABBIT

Ingredients
2 cups SHREDDED CHEDDAR
1/3 cup MILK
1 1/2 teas. real BUTTER
1/2 teas. WORCESTERSHIRE
1/2 teas. DRY MUSTARD
1/8 teas. CAYENNE PEPPER
4 slices TOAST
(optional) Bacon, Ham, Tomato, or Pimento
 

Instructions
In microwaveable bowl melt butter. Add cheddar and micro about 1 minute, stirring once.
Add worcestershire, mustard, and cayenne. Slowly stir in milk.
Micro additional 1-2 minutes, stirring several times.
Serve over hot toast.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with poached eggs and bacon for a complete meal.
