Measure flour into medium mixing bowl. Make a hole in center and add whipping cream. Blend with fork until mixture forms a ball. Roll on floured board to 1/4 inch thickness and cut out biscuits with small biscuit-cutter.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
