     pistachio biscotti

Ingredients
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
half a cup of sugar
one and three quarter cups of cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
quarter teaspoon salt
two thirds a cup of shelled pistachios
3oz semi sweet chocolate melted.
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 175c. beat egg until fluffy. add almond, vanilla, sugar and mix. mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture. fold in shelled pistachios
spoon into the middle of a baking sheet. bake for 30mins. slice and return to oven to brown slightly.
