250g butter
150g light brown sugar
few drops van essence
250g self raising flour
2 egg yolks
50g cocoa powder
200g choc chips
table spoon milk
 
Instructions
cream butter sugar and vanilla. beat eggs, sift cocoa & flour into mix. add choc chips and milk
roll into balls then flatten and bake in oven.
180 degrees
