|
1st Layer- Combine melted 1/4 c. butter and Oreo
cookies and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Save 1/4
cup crumbs for topping
2nd Layer- Spread ice cream over crust and freeze.

3rd Layer- Cook chocolate chips, evaporated milk
and butter until mixture boils one minute; add sugar
and vanilla. Cool before adding to pie. Can
substitute Hershey's choc. syrup.

|
4th Layer- Spread with Cool Whip and freeze for at
least 2 hours. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
|
|
|
Can double recipe and put into a 9x13 pan.
