6 limes zested and juiced

2 sprigs cilantro chopped

1 small red onion diced

1 pkg grape tomatoes halved

salt to taste

sugar to taste

Instructions |

|
Mix chili powder, onion powder, salt and sugar. Brush onto corn and grill until some kernals are charred. Slice corn off the cob.
|

Combine corn kernals with lime zest, lime juice, cliantro, and grape tomatoes, mix and season to taste.
