Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 15 X 10 inch or large nonstick cookie sheet with shortening. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15 X 10 inch rectangle.
Spread 1/4 cup of the Buffalo wing sauce over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. In medium bowl, mix chicken, celery, onion and remaining 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce. Spoon evenly over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake 12-14 mins or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with ranch dressing.
