     (CHELSEY) Baked Rotini

Ingredients
1/2 pkg Barilla Plus Rotini
1 jar pasta sauce- any variety
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2 qt baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot, mixing in jarred pasta sauce. In a separate bowl combine sour cream and cottage cheese. In the baking dish, place half of the pasta/sauce mixture. Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture and then 1/2 c of mozzarella. Repeat layers. cover baking dish and then bake for about an hour or until bubbly. Remove cover for last 15 minutes of baking time, if desired, to brown the cheese
