Ingredients
1/2 yeast bread recipe after first rise
 

Instructions
Grease hands and pinch off about a golf ball size piece of dough. Flatten and pull into a 'patty.' Fry in hot oil on medium heat until brown. Turn and brown on other side.
Can be eaten plain, with butter and even with sugar sprinkled on the butter.
