Pour oil in the bottom of 13X9 inch pan. Tilt pan to coat the bottom. Put dry cake mix, eggs and water into oiled pan. Stir with fork until blended. Dollup pie filling over cake mixture. Drag fork through the pie filling to marble into the cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
