1/2 pkg (17 1/4oz size) pepperridge farm frozen puff pastery sheets(1 sheet)
1 egg ,beaten
1 Tbs water
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 green onion chopped
1/8 tea. garlic powder
1 pkg (about 10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Thaw pastry sheet at room temp.for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degree. Mix egg and water and set aside.Mix cheeses, onion, and garlic powder and set aside also.
Unfold the pastry on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture and top with cheese mixture and spinach.Starting on one side roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 (1/2) inch slices.Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.Brush tops with egg mixture. Bake 15 minutes of until golden.
