     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 Tbl sherry wine
1 heaping cup of pumpkin
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbl melted butter
 
1 Tbl molasses
2 eggs, beaten
1 pastry shell
Instructions
Mix all ingredients through the nutmeg together. Add butter and molasses. Pour in beaten eggs
bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes
